We are searching for a skilled and meticulous Senior CRM Analyst specializing in email marketing and SMS marketing analytics. The perfect candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, an in-depth grasp of customer relationship management (CRM) principles, and expertise in utilizing data to steer marketing strategies. This role primarily entails dissecting email and SMS marketing campaigns, refining their efficacy, and furnishing actionable insights to elevate customer engagement and retention. Proficiency in using BI tools is essential for effectively extracting, visualizing, and presenting data insights.

Responsibilities


• Conduct data analysis to discern audience segments, preferences, and behavioral patterns, steering targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
• Construct and sustain dashboards and reports utilizing PowerBI to visualize critical marketing metrics and trends, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop strategies and execute A/B testing and other experiments to enhance email and SMS marketing strategies, encompassing segmentation, content, timing, and frequency.
• Evaluate the performance metrics of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation and product teams, to align CRM strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates, identifying and rectifying issues that may affect campaign effectiveness.
• Remain well-informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM, email marketing, and SMS marketing analytics.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in CRM analysis with a focus on email and SMS marketing analytics.
• Experience in Analysis, Design, Testing, Product Development & Innovation.
• Proficiency in PowerBI or analogous data visualization tools for crafting dashboards and reports.
• Basic task management via platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in HTML coding for email template customization and optimization.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.) and SMS marketing tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at effectively presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis that derive actionable insights.
• Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in CRM, email marketing, or related fields a plus
