Job Summary:

A senior call center and sales leadership position responsible for designing and building an end-to-end onboarding and new agent success function within the Direct Phone Sales organization at Allstate. 

This dynamic leader would be responsible to leading a team responsible for creating consistent and easy new applicant experiences from interview, through licensing and training, to their first 90-120 days in the role. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Accountable for building a strong culture of support and growth within Direct Phone Sales.
•    Responsible for streamlining the new hire interview process within Direct Phone Sales including refining the interview, background, appointment, and licensing processes through direct and indirect team relationships.
•    Responsible for new hire attrition 0-180 days in role.
•    Coaches and develops our people leaders to drive maximum sales outcomes, achieving Direct Sales targets.
•    Partner closely with Learning & Development on the training experience, tools, resources, and curriculum required for agent success to optimize the education to transition to success journey.
•    Provides close partnership to Workforce Planning for input to critical capacity planning activities. 
•    Establishes world class sales coaching processes to support new hires as they ramp in proficiency in their first 90-120 days.
•    Coach, develop and direct front line leaders to drive desired sales outcomes.
•    Provides an environment that supports the empowerment of department personnel in the achievement of corporate and department goals
•     Represents Allstate to other companies, vendors, and agencies

Supervisory Responsibilities:This job has supervisory duties.Education and Experience:
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of leadership experience in sales call centers (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • BPM, Six Sigma, ASQ, Facilitation, PMP (Preferred)

1.    Uses data to coach, lead teams, drive improved performance and make strategic decisions.
2.    Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally across business partners including but not limited to our business partners in HR, Quality and Compliance, Workforce Planning, Licensing and Operations.
3.    Professional competence in general management practices
4.    Expense management
5.    Basic computer system and networks
6.    Demonstrating a Bias for Action and a Passion for Results

Compensation offered for this role is $125,500.00-$199,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
