Insurance Account Executive

We're seeking an experienced to oversee and service a portfolio of , including . This role requires a solid understanding of insurance programs tailored to the healthcare sector, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned healthcare accounts, providing responsive, professional support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, including:
    • Claims: Assist clients with reporting, follow-up, and resolution.

    • Service: Manage certificates, policy changes, and endorsements.

    • Underwriting: Partner on renewals and new business for General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability coverages.


  • Conduct periodic on-site client visits (1–2 times per year) to strengthen relationships, assess coverage needs, and confirm service satisfaction.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify potential issues or coverage gaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry risks, regulatory requirements, and specialized insurance solutions.
  • Support renewal strategies, marketing submissions, and client presentations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to account representatives and support staff assigned to healthcare accounts.


Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of insurance experience with a focus on healthcare accounts (SNFs, assisted living, rehab facilities).

  • Strong knowledge of General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Professional Liability coverages in the healthcare space.

  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client visits (approximately 1–2 times per year).
  • Active Property and Casualty License required; additional licenses a plus.
