Business Development Manager – Specialty Art Restoration Services (Full Time, California)

Fine Art Restoration Company is one of the leading fine art and heritage conservation studios in the United Kingdom. We are trusted by insurers, loss adjusters and claims management firms for the restoration of high-value contents, fine art, antiques and specialist objects.

We are expanding in the United States and are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to lead growth across the . This role focuses on building strong relationships with independent adjusters, TPAs, carriers and private client insurers across the country, positioning our restoration services as a dependable partner for specialty and high-value contents claims.

• Develop new relationships with independent adjusters, TPAs, claims management firms and insurers
• Introduce our specialist restoration services for high-value contents and fine art claims
• Support adjusters and claims teams with assessments, estimates, reporting and restoration pathways
• Build referral channels across property, specialty, large loss and private client divisions nationwide
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and adjuster conferences
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with consistent reporting
• Collaborate with UK leadership to support the continued growth of the US operation
• 5+ years experience in business development, insurance services or vendor management
• Existing network in adjusting, claims handling, TPAs or high-net-worth insurance
• Strong understanding of claims workflows and adjuster/vendor relationships
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to claims managers and insured clients
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently across multiple regions
• Experience in fine art, luxury goods or specialty contents restoration is a plus
• Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 dollars per year depending on experience
• Commission based on national new business generated
• Full-time role with long-term growth potential
• Flexible schedule with travel across the United States
• W2 or 1099 structure available depending on candidate preference
