Property & Casualty Producer – Independent Agency - no MLM

Established independent agency seeking a motivated, licensed Property & Casualty producer to generate and service new business within the agency. This is a traditional producer role within an established office environment and not Multi level recruiting. The role is commission only but the percentage pay is very high in terms of industry standard. We are making it that high because we are hoping to attract a candidate that turns this into a long term salaried position. You must have at least a few years experience in the industry with a few years of sales experience and an ability to generate business.

Compensation

• Commission only (no salary or draw)
• 70% first-year commission on new business
• 10% renewal commission
• Paid after agency receives carrier payment
• Producer responsible for chargebacks

Additional Context

This is not a multilevel marketing or recruiting-based position. You will be working directly within an established independent agency, focused on writing and servicing real business.

We have previously hired producers on a salaried or draw-based structure. After multiple instances where upfront compensation exceeded production, we shifted to a commission-first model. This structure is designed to align incentives, reduce risk, and identify producers who can consistently perform.

This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position and offers flexibility in scheduling within reasonable business expectations.
