Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Marketing Representative to support agency growth and brand expansion within the assigned territory. Reporting directly to the Territory Manager, this individual will serve as the face of THORE Insurance in the field—building agency relationships, driving new business, educating partners on products and underwriting guidelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for appointed agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agencies in the territory.
  • Promote THORE's products, underwriting appetite, and technology-driven workflows to drive profitable growth.
  • Conduct agency visits, trainings, webinars, and onboarding sessions for new and existing partners.
  • Identify high-potential agencies and collaborate with the Territory Manager on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Regularly monitor agency production, performance metrics, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to internal underwriting, product, and leadership teams.
  • Represent THORE Insurance at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Ensure agencies fully understand THORE underwriting technologies (if applicable to messaging).
  • Uphold THORE's reputation for responsiveness, accuracy, and exceptional partner service.


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, marketing, or agency relations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property insurance products and independent agency distribution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with territory travel, including agency visits and events.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license required.
