The Realty Business Owners Policy, underwritten by CNA, covers computer equipment, accounts receivable, papers/media, money and securities. Employee dishonesty and sewer/drain clogging are also covered by the policy.
Schinnerer’s professional liability coverages for real estate agents include discrimination (fair housing), personal injury, lockbox, sale of personal or secondary residence and optional environmental hazards coverage.
