NYMAGIC, INC announced that its insurance subsidiary, Gotham Insurance Company, has commenced writing Employment Practices Liability Insurance through Chicago, Illinois based Edgewater Holding, Ltd.
“Edgewater was formed in 1991 and is dedicated solely to the underwriting of EPLI business. Edgewater’s president, Mark Kollar, is well known in the insurance industry and has over 25 years of experience in property casualty underwriting and has given numerous lectures and presentations on this class of business,” said the bulletin. The program is targeting risks of up to 1,000 employees and will be offered in 45 states.
