The Professional Insurance Agents of New York State Inc. announced that it will honor Selective Insurance Co. with its “Company of the Year” award at the inaugural Hudson Valley Regional Awareness Program to be held on October 2 at the Holiday Inn in Suffern, NY.
“The Company of the Year award recognizes a company from the insurance industry which has demonstrated those qualities that best foster a sound working relationship between agency and company and who has exemplified a commitment to professionalism and service,” said the bulletin. “Selective Insurance Co. was chosen for its tireless support of regional agents and brokers. Greg Massey, vice president and northeast regional manager for Selective, will accept the award.”
PIANY president T.J. Derella noted that “PIANY members have said Selective is committed to balancing the needs of the independent agent with the goals of the company. It is my privilege to recognize them on behalf of PIANY.”
