IDP Unveils New Web Site

November 21, 2003

Pennsylvania-based IDP has redesigned its Web site (www.idpnet.com) for easier navigation and quicker access to more information on its line of P/C insurance technology products and services.

The site has an expanded front screen press area to update visitors on late developments concerning product introductions and upgrades, alliances and contract agreements. Its cool blue, magenta and metallic colors, its segmented page designs and “benefit-oriented” content also provide for a more informative look. The enhanced site went live earlier this month.

Currently featured on the home page are links to profiles on Acies/one, IDP’s new fully integrated P/C policy management system, and the SURE intelligent rules-based underwriting tool. Visitors can then choose from a selection of tabs for in-depth Features/Benefits, FAQ and Requirements.

The new Acies/one policy management system combines policy processing, claims, billing, reinsurance and underwriting applications that enable users to process P/C business. IDP’s SURE underwriting tool applies an insurer’s company-specific underwriting rules against all of its incoming policy information.

Additional highlights

The Bureau Reporting page details how companies can save time and money by outsourcing statistical bureau reporting. IDP’s bureau reporting project lifecycle offers on-time filing of accurate reports.
IDP’s OSCAR software scans any user database to match individuals or organizations against the Treasury Department’s OFAC SDN list. Failure to meet Federal reporting requirements can result in serious penalties such as corporate and personal fines and jail time.
The site also includes biographies of IDP’s executive management team, help desk information and interactive driving directions to IDP’s headquarters.
