All Risks, Ltd., a national insurance wholesale broker and managing general agent headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, has opened a District of Columbia branch office.
The D.C. office joins forces with the current All Risks operations in Hunt Valley, Md. and Richmond, Va. to round out the Mid-Atlantic geographic region.
Darlene Raphael, marketing director, joins All Risks with 16 years of insurance experience in the areas of loss control, product development, management and business development. Most recently, she served as the branch manager for AIG in Washington, D.C. Raphael is charged with continuing growth in the Mid-Atlantic region focusing on metropolitan D.C. and surrounding areas.

200, Alexandria, Virginia 22314.
All Risks also has offices located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania,Texas and Virginia.
