That’s only state police…most drunks stay off the interstate…this didn’t mention anything about local, town, & county police offices. And, I agree with Dread, it’s a money maker mostly…they don’t tell you how many inspection sticker or county sticker violations they write…my husband is an officer…I hear the stories…ugh!
And since the insurance companies profit from these money making scams, we are losing more and more to corporate interests. This time, under the guise of safety, usually as of late, its terrorism.
Wow, we really do have a huge drunk driving problem if over 30 days only 2 were written during this saturation patrol.
Who would have thought that MADD could be wrong about the quantity of drinking drivers on the roads?
We need tougher DUI laws based on what I read here.
