PMC Insurance Group, a national workers’ compensation insurance wholesaler, appointed Kate Alben as New England territory manager.
Alben will be responsible for the expansion and growth of the New England territory, working with agency partners to offer workers’ compensation products for their customers.
She brings over 25 years’ experience in workers’ comp insurance industry. She started her insurance career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she held both customer service and marketing positions.
Over the last 15 years Alben has worked as a sales executive for Managed Comp, where her responsibilities included developing self insurance groups in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She later joined Reliance National/CyberComp as New England marketing director for their small business program. More recently she held a marketing position with a New England-based wholesale agency.
Based in Needham, Mass., PMC Insurance Group was formed in 1997 to provide independent agents and brokers workers’ compensation products and programs for a broad class of businesses.
