It is just sad that we have to mandate law so people actually pay attention and drive. Taking you eyes off the road and hands off the wheel at the same time= bad idea, seems pretty simple to understand to me…
Issued 20,958 Tickets — so what is the conviction rate? because they’d have to prove it in court… i’d go to court and ask the cop, do you have proof? do you have video? are you sure it was not handling my phone to call the doughnut shop? and what if we catch you the cop texting? or for that matter using the computer in the car? can we give you a ticket? or see you in court? i still seeing this an issue in court….
