How very appropriate that the NYSIF would be headed up by someone named Madoff! Just kidding – I’m sure this Mr Madoff is well qualified – but the NYSIF continues to be a dysfunctional miserable outfit for insurance brokers and most small employers to have to deal with – truly a market of last resort. Maybe Mr. Madoff can right their ship and get them to involve us licensed insurance pros in a meaningful way
