ACE Europe Restructures UK & Ireland P/C Operations

ACE Europe has announced the restructuring of its UK and Ireland Property & Casualty Operations into four distinct regions – North, Midlands and South West, South East and Ireland.

Ace said: “The four regions, each with their own regional development manager and regional underwriting resource will provide a stronger platform for ACE Europe’s sustained growth in the UK and Ireland.

“ACE Europe recognises the considerable opportunities for growth in the regions, reflected in the levels of investment outside London in recent years. The Company now has nine P&C branch offices in the regions, and will be extending its reach into new geographic areas. Business in Scotland and the North of England will be serviced through offices in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow. Central and South West England, along with Wales, will be centered on offices in Birmingham and Southampton, whilst ACE’s South East regional business will be handled through offices in London, Watford and Maidstone. Finally, Dublin will be the regional centre for ACE’s business in Ireland.”
