Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC announced that Reinsurance Solutions International and ReSolutions International Limited, its US subsidiary and UK affiliates, have changed their names to Reinsurance Solutions LLC and Reinsurance Solutions Limited, respectively. The two units specialize in “providing tailored insurance and reinsurance services,” the bulletin noted.
Theresa Zlotnik, President, Reinsurance Solutions LLC indicated that “working under a single, integrated brand will ensure that our clients have a clear vision of the breadth of our organization and expertise.”
Steve Goate, Senior Vice President, Reinsurance Solutions Limited, added the name change had been adopted to “establish a single, unified identity – one that will enable us to continue to build our international footprint while expanding the range and caliber of services that we can provide to our clients worldwide.”
