RTW Inc. Elects New Board Members

RTW Inc. of Minneapolis, Minn., a provider of insurance products management systems, elected William J. Deters, Vina L. Marquart and John W. Prosser as members of the company’s Board of Directors, increasing the size of RTW’s Board to eight members.

Deters and John Prosser have been elected to three-year terms while Marquart will serve a two-year term on the Board.

Deters is currently a director for four entrepreneurial companies and an executive coach. He founded Apartment Search Inc. and served as its president and CEO from March 1986 through its sale to Times Mirror in December 1996.

RTW employed Marquart from 1983 to March 2002. Most recently, she was the vice president of Human Resources from February 2000 until March 2002. Prior to that time, she held various management positions within the company including operations manager, general manager of the Minnesota office and national director of Case and Claims Management.

Prosser is the owner and president of Automotive Concepts Inc., which he founded in 1988. He has a significant ownership interest in RTW as well as other businesses.

RTW’s chief service offering is a workers’ compensation management system designed to lower employers’ costs and return injured employees to work as soon as possible. The company combines its proprietary management system, the RTW SOLUTION(R), with insurance products underwritten by an RTW subsidiary, American Compensation Insurance Company. RTW offers its services to employers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Colorado, Michigan and Indiana.
