The Great Lakes Chapter of the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP) is sponsoring an Education Day Thursday, March 20, at the Clarion Barcelo Hotel, 5615 North Cumberland, Chicago.
The conference will feature representatives from various insurance departments who will join in panel presentations and round table discussions on current insurance compliance issues. Representatives from Illinois, New York, Wisconsin, Virginia, Massachusetts, Florida, California, Louisiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and New Jersey have been invited to participate.
In addition, speakers from various insurance associations will provide updates on federal and state regulatory topics of timely interest, including speed to market initiatives and the latest updates on the regulatory impact of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act. Invited speakers include representatives from the NAIC, NAII, AIA, AAI, NAMIC, ACLI, HIAA, and NCOIL.
