Archer Daniels Midland Co., in conjunction with several member companies of AIG, has developed a customized insurance program that is aimed at offering a broad package of insurance coverage to its grain elevator customers.
The program includes property, liability, automobile, workers’ compensation and umbrella coverage, as well as a special retirement savings program option. Environmental coverage and an accidental death and dismemberment benefit are customized enhancements built into each customer’s program.
The program became available on May 1 in 20 central states and is administered Chicago-based Special Risk Services Group. It is available to independent agents in each of the 20 states.
