Cincinnati Financial Declares 25 Cent-per-Share Dividend

Cincinnati Financial Corp. announced that the executive committee of its board of directors has declared a 25 cents per share regular quarterly dividend payable July 15, 2003, to shareholders of record on June 25, 2003.

The indicated annual dividend is $1.00 per share.

Cincinnati Financial offers property and casualty insurance through the Cincinnati Insurance Co., the Cincinnati Indemnity Co. and the Cincinnati Casualty Co.
