Marsh, Berry & Company, Inc. announced that Kuhl & Company Insurance, one of its Agency Peak Performance EXchange (APPEX) Partners received the Professional Independent Insurance Agencies of Illinois (PIIAI) 2003 Agency of the Year award. Kuhl & Company is located in Morton, Ill.
Phil Kuhl, founder and principal, shared how APPEX helped his agency achieve this award, noting “APPEX has provided our agency with a way to benchmark ourselves with other high performing agencies and has given us a new standard where we continually work to improve our business. Our 12 PAX group has been a driving force in pushing us to continually improve and to become the best agency we can be.”
The 12 PAX is a component to the APPEX improvement process, and the group meets twice a year. Each member is sworn to confidentiality and pledged to listen, advise, share, critique and guide one another toward accomplishing agreed-upon goals.
