Southern Ohio’s Smith-Feike-Minton agency has engaged with Justice & Young Public Relations to proactively educate consumers in light of the bid-rigging scandals. The regional education and community relations initiatives will strategically focus on the security that an objective and independent insurance firm can offer in an industry based so exclusively on mutual trust between producers and clients, the PR firm said in a statement.
Justice & Young will work to enhance the SFM brand in the four local communities it serves—Mason, Wilmington, Chillicothe and Delaware. The campaign involves broad-based community initiatives and speaking engagements intended to ultimately enhance revenue and broaden the image of SFM. Media strategies will be developed to secure educational advocacy in small business, insurance and financial media outlets. Along with a publicity strategy, the year-long interactive campaign will include such other tactics as advertising, web development, sales literature and community events.
SFM focuses on middle-market business and personal lines insurance.
