Brooke Franchise Corp. added 23 franchise locations in August and received about $4.1 million in initial franchise, consulting and seller fees during the month.
Brooke Franchise, a subsidiary of Overland Park, Kan.-based Brooke Corp., helped franchisees and others buy businesses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas.
The company said it had added an average of 14 franchise locations each month for the past year for a monthly average of about $2.5 million in initial franchise, consulting and seller fees.
Brooke Corp. distributes insurance, financial and funeral services through a network of more than 475 franchise locations.
