Michigan Insurer Honors Top Independent Agents

American Community Mutual Insurance Company, a provider of individual and group health insurance, home-based in Livonia, Mich., honored its top-producing independent agents earlier this year.

The annual event recognizes American Community’s Crystal Club, an elite group representing the top 25 producers from over 6,000 agents in eight states. Honorees were flown to The Sanctuary Resort on Kiawah Island, South Carolina for the award ceremony and four days of events.

“American Community’s Crystal Club represents the highest level of accomplishment for our agency partners,” said American Community President, CEO & Chairman of the Board Gerald E. Meach. “The annual event celebrates our appreciation for their extraordinary sales efforts. Their exemplary service reinforces our commitment to providing innovative products and being attentive to our agents and policyholders.”

Founded in 1938, American Community Mutual Insurance Company was the first health insurance company in Michigan, and is one of the oldest in the nation.
