Northbrook, Ill.-based Encompass Insurance recently announced a product specifically for Illinois drivers and homeowners. The new product, Encompass Edge, helps agents provide a wider variety of coverages and prices to each customer, the written statement said.
Encompass Edge, through a pricing model, can provide every customer with a more precise price for his or her auto and homeowners insurance. Agents can provide a wider variety of coverages and prices to each customer, including:
– broader underwriting guidelines;
– new coverage limits;
– expanded deductible options for property ($10,000); and,
– a package discount that provides the convenience of a single bill for auto and homeowners insurance.
In addition, customers may earn discounts when they:
– pay their premiums on time;
– pay using the Encompass Easy Pay Plan (customers can choose the day each month on with the debit is made from their accounts);
– own a residence;
– buy a policy at least seven days prior to the effective date; or
are new homebuyers.
Part of the Allstate group of companies, more than 8,800 independent agencies sell Encompass, Allstate and Deerbrook-brand automobile, homeowner and related insurance products to almost two million customers across the country.
