N. D. Crews to Provide Hurricane Aid

Some North Dakotans are heading to the Gulf Coast, to provide help in areas hit by Hurricane Gustav.

Randy Fischer with Ringdahl EMS says ambulances and emergency response personnel from Jamestown and Lisbon are part of a larger North Dakota-Minnesota operation sending five ambulances and 22 people south.

An American Red Cross call center in Minot is open, and some Red Cross volunteers from Bismarck have headed to Louisiana. The call center is looking for volunteers.
