Fenton, Mo.-based Vanliner Insurance Co. has appointed Ray Wise as the company’s new president.
Wise has more than 25 years’ of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Vanliner, he was vice president and chief sales and marketing officer for CNA’s Small Business unit. In addition to Wise’s seven-year tenure with CNA, he served 18 years with The Hartford in a wide range of roles including underwriting, marketing, operations and product development. During his extensive career with The Hartford, Wise became a recognized leader in both home office and field positions.
Vanliner Insurance Co. provides insurance products for the moving and storage industry. Vanliner is licensed in all 50 states and is a subsidiary of National Interstate Insurance Co.
