Willis North America, a unit of global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings, has relocated its Cleveland office to 1001 Lakeside Avenue, Suite 1600, Cleveland, Ohio. This move is part of Willis’ strategy to continue to elevate its presence in the state and drive growth in this key market.
Willis of Ohio Inc. serves more than 3,000 national and local clients from its offices in Cleveland and Columbus, supported by more than 130 associates.
Willis established a presence in Ohio more than 30 years ago. In its new office location, Willis will occupy 10,500 square feet at 1001 Lakeside Avenue, a highly visible property which stands next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and overlooks Lake Erie and the Cleveland Browns Stadium.
The new facility will support Willis’ retail insurance brokerage operations in Cleveland and support growth in this key market. Willis places property/casualty and employee benefit insurance programs across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, health care and construction.
The new space brings together more than 30 associates onto a single floor, promoting synergy among the staff to better serve Willis’ clients.
