A court has already ruled that the Mo cannot regulate the navigators since it is a federal exchange and not a state exchange and since MO opted out of a state exchange they cannot try to regulate the federal exchange. It appears that the lawmakers in MO are idiots and trying to enact laws that they know are going to get thrown out. Just as most of their bills have been in the last few years they are just for show for the chest beating Neanderthal’s that make up the Mo legislature. Too bad they can’t produce meaningful legislation that actual protects or helps the citizens of the state.
