Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), a subsidiary of insurance broker Marsh LLC, has acquired Kinker-Eveleigh Insurance Agency, a $3.5 million revenue agency located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1919, Kinker-Eveleigh offers a broad range of property/casualty services to businesses and individuals throughout Ohio and the United States. Kinker-Eveleigh will operate out of MMA’s Midwest region, which was established in 2012 with the acquisition of Brower Insurance.
Kinker-Eveleigh’s leadership, including President Sam Tuten and the rest of the firm’s employees, will join MMA and continue operating out of the firm’s existing office in Cincinnati, expanding upon its current presence in the city and in Southwest Ohio.
