Rolland-Vath Named 2016 Outstanding CSR of the Year for Minnesota

Advisor Nattalie Rolland-Vath of North Risk Partners – C.O. Brown Division in Red Wing, Minn., has been named the 2016 Outstanding Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year for the state of Minnesota by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.

CSR of the Year honorees are selected based on their demonstrated service and professionalism within the insurance community as measured by their written essay response and letters of recommendation submitted by a nominee’s colleagues.

The alliance will present Rolland-Vath with the award Oct. 26 at Hazeltine National Golf Course in Chaska, Minn.

She began her career in 1996 working in both personal and commercial lines at Poncelet Insurance Agency in Bellechester, Minn. In 2011, Rolland-Vath joined North Risk Partners – C.O Brown Division in a service role focused on commercial accounts.

Rolland-Vath attained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation last year and is currently working toward her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Additional locations across the state include offices in Albany, Baudette, Hastings, Lake City, Mankato, Melrose, Monticello, Red Wing and Roseau.
