Through a services agreement with ConfirmNet Corporation, CNA this month will begin providing its agency force with CertificatesNow, an online certificate of insurance processing service. The first implementation of the CNA service will begin in Michigan.
“CNA recognizes that the certificate-of-insurance process is a labor intensive, non-revenue-generating process,” said Kathy R. Woodliff, chief underwriting officer of CNA. “By introducing our agencies to CertificatesNow, we are promoting what we believe is a more efficient and effective method of processing certificates. This reinforces CNA’s position as the leader in providing e-commerce solutions to its agent business partners.”
