eAutoclaims has launched a car rental procurement offering through its eJusterSuiteT application service provider (ASP) for auto repair claims.
eJusterSuite™, which integrates claims processing into one Web-based system that brings together multiple service partners, will now enable insurance adjusters and claims managers to search for and almost instantly secure a competitively priced rental car with providers like Alamo and Hertz, and to compile that information—including reservation confirmation numbers, along with other collision and claims details for their customers all during the initial phone call when the claim is filed.
Royal & SunAlliance has decided to implement the new rental procurement at each of its multi-line, non-standard and RoyalCare(R) claim offices across the country.
