William P. Constantini has joined the New York-based insurance brokerage firm Integro as general counsel.
A corporate attorney for more than 30 years, Constantini most recently was a senior vice president and general counsel/secretary of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. Previously he was with GEO International Corporation.
Headquartered in New York, Integro has offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto and Bermuda and will be opening offices in London and selected U.S. cities in the months ahead.
