Beacon Hill Associates, Inc. is offfering PartnerPremises, a fixed site pollution product specifically designed to cover the very real exposures of main street commercial risks.
The PartnerPremises policy has a minimum premium of $1,000, and offers mold coverage as an option with every indication. Coverage is offered by an “A-14” rated, excess and surplus lines carrier.
In addition to the basic coverages for on and off site bodily injury, property damage and clean-up costsI, the policy automatically provides coverage for non owned disposal sites and over the road pollution.
“While this product has been in development for close to a year, we only have to look at the natural disasters in the last few months to see the value of a product like this” says Bill Pritchard, president of Beacon Hill. “Every day, main street commercial risks have real environmental exposures that need to be addressed. Proactive agents have been asking us for this product for some time.”
Agents can access it by completing a one page questionnaire and sending it to Beacon Hill Associates. If they are a Beacon Hill PartnerAgency, they can go right to the web site and generate their own indication.
PartnerPremises is designed for specific main street types of risks, and will not work for those properties with heavier environmental exposures. Beacon Hill has other products for those accounts.
