Marshall & Swift / Boeckh (MSB) promoted Karen Linnell to assistant vice president, Personal Lines Insurance Technologies. Previously, she was the director of MSB’s Residential Estimating Products and the InterChange product offering. Linnell is based at MSB’s New Berlin, Wisc., office.
Linnell will report to Peter Wells, MSB President.
Linnell has been with MSB since the merger of 1993, and has served as the Personal Lines Product Manager for five years. In her tenure, she has also worked in Account Management and Technical Support Roles for both the Underwriting and Claims businesses. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
