AIG Executive LiabilitySM Announces AIG PrivateEdge PlusSM
Modular Package of Seven Coverages Available for All Private Companies
AIG Executive Liability, a division of the property-casualty insurance subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), introduced AIG PrivateEdge Plus, a package policy of seven management and professional liabilities products allowing private companies to purchase multiple coverages in one complete package.
AIG PrivateEdge Plus includes coverage for: directors and officers and private company liability insurance; employment practices liability insurance; fiduciary liability insurance; fidelity liability insurance; miscellaneous professional liability insurance; employed lawyers’ professional liability insurance and; kidnap and ransom/extortion insurance.
“AIG PrivateEdge Plus simplifies how private companies can obtain best-of-class management and professional liability coverage by allowing them to customize coverage to their specific needs,” said Brian Inselberg, president of Corporate Accounts and Private Company & Not-for-Profit Divisions, AIG Executive Liability.
The new product allows companies to be selective when choosing coverage they need while using a single policy, and provides a simplified submission, quoting and binding process (one simple online application form), according to AIG. Additionally, the coverage allows customers to share or separate limits and to align expiration dates on any or all of the seven products to further streamline the process.
