Chartis today announced the expansion of NextGen Protection, a suite of environmental insurance solutions developed by its Environmental Division.
The additional industry segments within the NextGen Protection suite are:
EAGLE TopCoat Protect for Manufacturers of Coatings, Paints and Sealants
EAGLE TopCoat Protect has been developed for manufacturers of coatings, paints and sealants that may face a variety of environmental exposures, such as the handling, storage and disposal of industrial and architectural paints and coatings. A manufacturer in these situations may be exposed to third-party claims alleging bodily injury, property damage or environmental contamination.
EAGLE AgriProtect for Manufacturers of Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Herbicides
EAGLE AgriProtect has been created to address specific exposures associated with the manufacturing and distribution of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Agricultural manufacturers of these products blend or mix hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals with organic and inorganic materials to create an end product. Fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides – along with their ingredients and waste materials – have the potential to cause third-party bodily injury and property damage as well as environmental contamination from storage, handling or disposal.
Coverage provided by NextGen Protection’s EAGLE TopCoat Protect and EAGLE AgriProtect enhances the Chartis insurers’ market-leading Environmental and General Liability Exposures (EAGLE) Program. EAGLE provides a comprehensive insurance solution, incorporating standard general liability coverage with the added value of pollution coverage in one policy.
The NextGen Protection suite currently includes PLL Wellness Protect, PLL Campus Protect, EAGLE TopCoat Protect and EAGLE AgriProtect.
