    Yet another intrusion by the Federal Government into private enterprise and the Workers Compensation system. It is just another reason why this law needs to go.

    Seems the WC system works fairly well, granted State to State differences in benefits are a maze and sometimes require an attorney.

    This intrusion by Feds in this case is not needed, or necessary. Surely there are more urgent areas they can MUDDLE up?

    Unknown and unintended consequences. About the only thing that is sure is the new law will effect the system in ways that no one truly understands. Ready, fire, aim… a strong case for shutting it down.
