Not your worry, Kathleen. You’ll be out on the street along with Obam anf his whole administration come January 2013! You can all go back to your destructive way – Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) ring a bell?

She has 5 months left to do her thing. Then, she will be free to enjoy her fat government retirement. I hope she gets lost in Dodge City. This administration is toast, but doesn’t know it yet.

I think I would rather have some new blood in there rather than one who has been in 20-30 years and totally corrupt as many are in both parties. Many of the old RINO’s are definitely in need of retirement as well as the Progressive Left fools who have run this country into the ground.

I agree. I don’t think the current two party system provides a meaningful distinction between fiscal conservative and liberal. Congress is overrun by fiscal liberals from both parties beholden to special interests who differ only in how government should spend taxpayer money. True fiscal conservatives are marginalized as quacks. The US debt is increasing by $4 Billion/day, but don’t worry, there’s nothing to see here, move along.

Youngin, the tide has definitely turned now. The results in Wisconsin and San Diego & San Jose’ prove that America is rejecting the Unions, big spending politicians and endless entitlement programs. The country just can’t afford them anymore. All one has to do is look at Europe which is imploding as we speak from government largesse. We can no longer play the blame game on what went wrong. We need real leadership on fiscal responsibility and we need the Supremes to comprehensively reject Obamacare which is the nastiest piece of legislation ever passed by Congress. If they don’t do it, then Romney must repeal it when he takes office.

This law is designed to drag the entire medical profession under the Federal bus. Thus, the quicker it is replaced in its entirity, the less likely it will be that we will be required to confront the issues that are currently facing us with SS and Medicare.

Speaking at a White House forum on the law and women’s health issues, Sebelius said the administration remains “confident and optimistic” that the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will be upheld as constitutional.

Still blind to what’s going on in the real world I see. I guess they believe that Scott Walker was recalled in Wisconsin too. I wonder what color the sky is in their world?

Don’t you mean what planet they are living on? Our President came out today and said the private sector was doing just fine and again blamed the Republicans for not supporting school teachers and local and state government. I think the House has sent over 20 bills to the Senate this year designed to help the economy only to have Obama’s Democrat buddy Reid say they were all DOA. Who is responsible for this morass Mr. President? By all means, let’s not do anything to help small business. We need to help the teachers and government put people back to work so we can run up the deficit even higher.

“…an administration determined to ruin the country?” Sure, Obama is a communist, non-citizen, idiot, and hates the US of A, and is determined to destroy the fabric of this country. Come on, people, get a grip. Even if you disagree with some of his policies, and I do, that right-wing garbage is a non-starter.

What tune are you playing pianoman? I personally disagree with all, not some of his policies. Since when is the truth right wing garbage? Most of this man’s utterances are there for everyone to see. He is so caught up in the agenda that he is not even aware that it sounds stupid and out of touch with America. If I were Romney, I would base my ads on Obama’s comments.

By rejecting anything and everything someone says, you being an ideologue, not a thinker. The ‘right wing’ holds many OPINIONS up as FACT. Taken out of context, you can make almost anything sound stupid. I, too, disagree with most of Obama’s policies, but I cannot accept the OPINION that he is out to destroy the country. Don’t question the man’s patriotism — question his programs and policies.

Pianoman, This man has been apologizing for this country for 3 1/2 years now, bowing to foreign leaders and implementing policies through his Socialist Czars which are very bad for this country. He is clearly not proud of this country and has declared the country is not exceptional and is like any other country. Who is the ideologue here? Do we want a European style Socialist country or do we want a Constitutional Republic? He complains that our Constitution was set up to tell us what we can’t do instead of what we can do. His administration violates the Constitution every day of the week and the complicit media lets them get away with it. Sorry, I question his patriotism, programs and policies.

obozo is a complete and utter nincompoop hell bent of forcing an ever increasing social welfare state down the throats of hard working Americans. obozo is bad for business, bad for our great country, and deserves to drive home in a chevy volt.
Hey IJ stick to insurance and leave your opions out of news.

As Obama himself said the other day in his response to Scott Walker landslide win. “I hope he got the strong message sent”!

I honestly hope that Obama starts to hear his own words and actually gets the strong message sent here about his Healthcare reform act that was done in back rooms with lobbyists and large medical providers, insurance companies and the sorts. All in it for themselves, Where was our lobbyists who are supposed to look out for us. No! they were not invited and actually we have no representation. That is why the Tea party is so popular. Yes! the Tea Party is popular when not being demonized by the media with false attacks.

You really expect “the annointed one” to receive the message sent by the voters and to alter his progressive government growth agenda? A leopard cannot change it’s spots and Obama will not change his agenda. He may remain silent on all the mistakes he’s made and deflect the conversation to attacks on his opponents, but to believe he we change policy shows you do not know or understand this man. Right out of Alinsky’s and Axlerod’s playbooks.

It wasn’t lost on me that the build up to the Wisconsin vote was rampant in the media and after they lost, it wasn’t much in the grand scheme of things. They got their heads handed to them and I think it will carry over in November on the national scale.

Sarah, commentators never fail to downgrade the Tea Party every chance they get. Even Fox is guilty of that since they are NY elitists as well. I am very disappointed in O’Reilly and Greta currently. Hannity is the only one that gets it on that network now. Whenever Tea Party candidates win, there is very little credit given and when they lose, that is a sign that the Tea Party is getting weaker. These politicians will find out how strong they are in November.

Bashing the Tea Party has become a Democratic “talking point”. When you have nothing of substance to say you revert to talking points and bumper sticker politics, i.e. Hope & Change, Move Forward, Blame Bush, etc.

The new motto for this President is “Forward” which has been used by Marxists for decades to promote their agenda. Is there any question about where he is coming from? Believe me when I say this man does not have the countries best interest at heart with what he has done since 09. There are some good signs around the country that this agenda does not resonate and the people have now fully awakened.

Scott Walker uses the word, “forward” as well. I doubt you think he’s a progressive. Just saying. He also outspent his opponents 7:1. Looks like Mitt has a great shot this year, then. Agent, you and I have been through this song and dance too many times. I’m not convincing you and you’re not convincing me. We the people will decide here in November. To answer Mitt’s question about being better off these days, I can say without a doubt absolutely I am. Most everyone in my personal circles around me are as well. But, I worry about those that are not fortunate and should we elect Mr. Romney, I fear even more so for their well-being. It very well could lead to revolutionary times. I certainly pray it does not. Or, I pray Mitt does just flip-flop yet again and not practice what he’s currently preaching.

Unfortunate there are no Moderates, Independents or Democrates in this discussion. Carry on Tea Partyholics. Ultimately we will reach the Center without you. Even Jeb Bush understands the continued anti Obama everything, no willingness to negotiate on anything etc is just driving our country down. Thanks so much for all of your help. Hoping Jeb runs in 2016 – at least he has a brain and uses it and does not resort to lies and nasty tactics.

Mary, People who blog on this discussion do not identify their affiliations, but it is very easy to see who the Progressives and Conservatives are with the comments. You sound like one of those fence sitting Independents that the Democrats & Republicans keep trying to court in every election. You need to make up your mind whether you want to go along with Progressive solutions to the country’s problems which includes trillion dollar annual debts, massive stimulus spending which does not create jobs, Government control over your Health Care and every facet of your life, corruption at the highest level of government or are you willing to join those of us that believe in a free market economy, more job creation with tax cuts, limited government and a private market solution to Health Care? A good part of the problem we have in this country is that the Progressive movement has gained power and Moderate or Conservative politicians who attempt to reach across the aisle to reach consensus always give in to the Progressives who stick to their agenda. We wouldn’t have a massive debt crisis if Conservatives had been in charge for the past 25 years. I blame it all on Progressives & RINO’s who go along to get along. It is time for real change in DC and I am sorry, but Jeb Bush isn’t it. He is just like his old man and his brother. They are part of the problem, not the solution.

Planet, your talking points are straight from MSNBC. The unions spent untold amounts of money for 18 months trying to get Walker out of office. Apparently, their message was not heard by the rank and file union members since they voted 38% for Walker. You are right that We the People will decide in November what kind of country we are and want to be. Don’t you worry about Mitt. He has the message now and knows we can’t have 4 more years of this nonsense or we won’t have a country anymore.

Agent, I don’t expect to agree with you but do enjoy the conversation. I don’t watch MSNBC. I listen to a local guy here named Chris Bradshaw. And, Thom Hartmann on occasion. Other than that, I just read. And, from what I read, I can’t trust Mitt more than I can throw one of the countless employees he helped off when he was with Bain Cap. Solid personal business decision for Mr. Romney, though. That’s not the American way I choose to practice. But, yes, November will tell and should Mitt get it, we’ll see that hammer come swinging back the other direction in 4 years. It’s how nothing gets done and we all suffer in the midst.

On an aside, Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there. I get to go to my daughter’s school in about 2 hours to have a rootbeer float with her. Remember, when politics bring you down, there are always daughters (and sons), ice cream, and root beer to put a smile back on your face!

One of your better posts Planet. The only way I see the hammer swinging back the other way is to rid ourselves of Progressive ideology, spend, spend, spend, tax, tax, tax. Fiscal responsibility will rule the day and getting ahold of our debt crisis before we become Greece, Spain, Italy, France who are all in various stages of collapse due to the same philosophy the President subscribes to. Of course, we need to change the Senate out this time so something actually can be done instead of Prince Harry declaring every piece of legislation the House passes as DOA. That is how nothing gets done and passed to send to the President. Happy Fathers Day to you too.
