Terri Snell has been appointed chief operating officer (COO) of Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford (CGSC). Snell has held the position of chief administrative officer and been a member of the senior leadership team since 1997. The COO position is newly-created.
Snell will continue to report to Shaun Hooper, president and CEO of CGSC, who replaced J. Neal Abernathy as CEO in March.
Snell has 30 years of industry experience. Prior to Swett, she held various production, finance, compliance and IT roles at Alexander Howden North America, a wholesale broker owned by Alexander & Alexander, which was acquired by Aon in December 1996.
