When can we start using the ‘vexatious litigant’ label for all of the patent trolls filing in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas?

The bailout was supposed to preserve the companies. As such you’d think that through a “managed bankruptcy” there would be some type of preservation of rights for folks who bought these cars. Sorry guys, only the warranty will be honored!

Based on recalls it’s clear GM was putting some real garbage on the road (out of necessity?). What should also be clear is they will have to do a lot to regain public trust. Not settling these kinds of cases isn’t helping the image any.

Mr. Solvent, I saw article the other day that GM has recalled more vehicles recently than they have sold in the past 5 years. That new lady CEO has her hands full. Obama may have to bail them out again before all is said and done.

It now appears to the most casual observer, GM filed for bankrupcy so they would not be held liable for all the defects, injuries and deaths for which they have been responsible.

Personally I think the bankruptcy should be reversed by the courts.

Bail them bums out, forget it, let them go out of business!!
