Why not say the amount of snow accumulated in the Rockies is the key to the Atlantic storm season? That would be just as accurate and these guys have been.

Oh, my 2 favorites are these:

“Saying you have been lucky is not the best scientific explanation,…” — but he says it anyway! :)

    And…

“Large numbers and small numbers could lead to landfalls,”…“It’s always good to be vigilant.”

What about medium numbers? In other words, we don’t really know, so keep your eyes peeled! :D

Another year for a low hurricane season? Gee, that really flies in the face of the climate change predictions, huh?

A record 71 storms in the last 4 years because they name everything that spins a little. Example storm is named Friday night 10pm with winds of 39 mph based on nothing more than a satelite image and by 6am Saturday it’s gone but it’s a named storm and it’s all that matters. In the past 4 years I’ve seen it done many times.

Weather people are notoriously bad at predicting weather even two days prior even with their satellites giving all the wind, pressure etc. Climatologists are weathermen on steroids. When they goof up, it is gigantic and the loony tunes on the left believe every word out of their mouth with their trumped up reports of doom and gloom.

They forgot to look at # of manure piles in the wild as a plethora of these increases the methane released into the air. Of course, we know that George Bush causes climate change. And George Bush was behind the recent prisoner exchange. And George Bush was behind the Mexican govt holding that Marine captive in Mexican jail.
