The industry dodges yet another bullet. But it will eventually catch up with us due to all the global warming going on. Especially in light of our agreement with China where they can grow their coal fired power plants as much as they wish for the next 20 years.
Dave, should we blame the Polar Vortex and record blizzard in Bufalo on the Chinese for building all those coal fired power plants in the past 20 years? By the way, Colorado State does not have an exemplary record in predicting hurricanes or any other type of storm. They seem shocked every year that their model does not work. They probably have a lucrative grant from the government to do these things and we don’t get much bang for our bucks.

A quiet season just as all the weather “experts” predicted.
To the Global Warming/Climate Change crowd, this is bad news for them since they like to see lots of storms to prove their theories.
It went pretty much as predicted. What will all the whiners have to grouse about now?
