Maritime Program Group Launches Non-Admitted Homeowners Program

Maritime Program Group (MPG) has launched a new non-admitted homeowners program offered through its Private Client Services division.

According Brian Botwinick, VP of Private Client services, the product is backed by Lloyds of London.

The program is available nationally, including CAT prone areas such as Florida and the Gulf coast for primary homes, secondary homes and secondary rentals. Additional coverages include extended replacement cost, water back up, replacement cost contents, ordinance and law coverage, all risk contents, loss assessment, mechanical breakdown, personal injury, identity fraud, increased special limits and Section I mold remediation.

MPG’s appetite includes catastrophe exposed homeowners (wind, flood, earthquake, brush), rental or vacant properties, risks that are no longer acceptable to the standard markets due to losses, high profile and celebrate exposure, LLC, trust and corporately owned property, course of construction and renovation, HO6 and HO4, and standalone wind and hail coverage for condominiums.
