    It is likely that phone companies have been allowed terrorists to use their infrastructure to communicate. They should be also be held responsible

    Aren’t towns and cities helping terrorists by providing squares and parks and other public places, where people can meet and talk and engage in social interaction? Don’t they have some sort of obligation towards all those innocent people to check all conversations held in those places for harmful content?
