Repeal = a single bill of about 5 pages.

Replacement = several interconnected ‘steps’ that Nancy Pelosi Galore wouldn’t be able to read and comprehend. It includes legislation to allow writing HI across state lines, tort reforms – state by state, federal AND state income tax credits for HI premiums paid into health savings accounts, health savings account definition re-write on a state by state AND Federal level to coincide with the above legislated tax credits legislation, and several other steps I am not at liberty to discuss, or do not know because they haven’t yet been agreed upon by the NEW Congress.

I propose legislation to impose severe penalties on Jonathan Gruber, Valerie Jarrett, Nancy Pelosi Galore, Harry Reid, Barrack Obama, Joe Biden, and the estate of Ted Kennedy, to recoup all of the lost wages, increased premiums that are deemed unnecessary and resulting from the ACA, and impose a hyuuuuge punitive damage award for the misery previously and currently imposed on working US citizens by the ACA.

It should easily pass thru Congress on a partisan basis. But it must wait until after 1/20/17 to avoid a POTUS veto.

Nancy Pelosi Galore’s signature bill is about to be REPEALED.

A little over 21 days will pass before it is repealed.

Meanwhile, Pelosi Galore is having another hissy fit about The Will of The People being carried out by the MAJORITY Party in Congress…

    http://www.salon.com/2016/12/30/nancy-pelosi-scolds-gop-colleagues-for-attempting-massive-power-grab/?ref=yfp

For Libitterals, a power grab by Dems isn’t the same thing as a power grab by Republicans. For libitteral hypocrites, a power grab by them is OK…. because they think they are smarter than everyone else. But their perceived intellectual superiority still hasn’t led them to the underlying cause of their massive downfall over the last 8 years. They need a mirror to gaze into, for help with that puzzling issue that hasn’t evaded sane members of society.

Progressivism is a mental disorder and the infection rate for the past 8 years has been widespread. Good to see the country has finally awakened and tossed the leaders out. Further treatment is warranted to the sore losers.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, I’m so old, I remember when President-Elect Kiddie Porn Watching Perverted Incest-Curious Alleged Child Raping Dishonest Dumb Donnie Tic Tacs and his sexually deranged carnival digits said this:

“On the first day of presidency, on my very first day I plan to repeal Obamacare so hard that it’ll make his ancestors in Africa shiver with awe. I mean, I am going to take that piece of legislation and wipe my a** with it. That’s how much I dislike Obamacare and what I think about it. By the way, that’s also how I feel about Ted Cruz, but that’s not the point right now,” Trump said jokingly, causing Stephanopoulos to laugh.

“Seriously though,” the billionaire businessman continued, “that’s what I plan on doing. And then first thing in the morning on day two, I’m going to replace it with a much better service that’s genuinely going to take care of every poor person in the United States. I’m talking daily food rations, clean clothes, a place to spend the night, possibly new jobs, it’s all going to be awesome, it’s going to be utopia. I’m going to make it so good that people are going to want to become homeless just to qualify for Trumpcare. And by the way, that’s what I’m going to call it. A huge, flashy neon sign is going to be placed above the entrance to every Trumpcare facility across the country. I want people to know who made it possible for them to have a better life.”

Let’s see if he’s a man of his word. He also has a wall with a big beautiful door to build and make Mexico pay for it, a special prosecutor assigned to investigate Hillary Clinton, leave social security as is, and completely destroy ISIS. They either need to present their replacement in the form of a bill soon or admit that they were lying.

I know they will not because that would mean they would need to show interest in governing or take personal responsibility. Neither of which are part of the new republican platform of obstructing, complaining and blaming.

Not true. It will be modified, not repealed. This is for the greater good, and there is no reason to preserve an antiquated law that is impinging on the ability of health insurers to operate more efficiently.

There’s a new sheriff in town. Deal with it. I hope the Republicans learn from the deplorable Democrats mistake. And that is give them a seat at the table in developing a replacement for Obamacare, don’t ram it down the Democrats and American people’s throat with ZERO support from the Democrats like the Democrats did to the Republicans. There are many Democrats they will be unable to work with who still do not acknowledge the shellacking they just got and will dig their heels in. Pelosi, Schumer, Durban, Waters, Warren, etc. But there are a few moderate Democrats left in both Houses that can be worked with, who want to protect their seats. Bring them in the door. Don’t make this so one sided as the Democrats did.

I do think the mood of the country is to get rid of this legislation and Dimocrats who seek to block it do so at their own peril. Many are up for re-election and it will be well publicized who are in the opposition minority party. The good news is that Dirty Harry is no longer there to run the show in the Senate.

The only reason Republicans will bring in Democrats is so they have someone to blame if it fails. I prefer the Republicans to pass and implement their own plan so all of the credit/blame falls on them. If it is great and solves our health care/insurance problems, then kudos to them. If not, take responsibility and admit your failure.

They have had nearly 7 years to create one. They could at least started writing the bill to replace the PPACA starting November 9.

          The TWICster to George Stephanapolous:

“I’m getting to it, don’t worry,” the media mogul said.

    The Republicans at work:

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/01/05/republicans-agree-on-obamacare-repeal-replacement-is-tricky-part.html

I recommend reading the whole article, but here are a couple of interesting tidbits:

    “The replacement part?

‘We have six months to replace it,’ argued Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., after the Pence huddle.

    Although, that’s not settled.

It could be a year. It could be a few years until Republicans require a replacement bill to come into effect – even as the GOP sung the ‘repeal and replace’ mantra for years.”

    And

“Any idea what the GOP plan might look like?

‘They didn’t give us any details,’ said Rep. Mark Amodei, R-Nev., as he departed the Pence conclave”

    Then there is this morsel:

“Part of the challenge lies in the potential cost of repeal. Estimates vary wildly on how much an ObamaCare repeal would add to the deficit. It hinges on who you talk to and what metric they use. Various figures range from $350 billion to $1 trillion to $9 trillion over a longer period.

But one thing is clear: Republicans already prepped a provision to ignore internal congressional budgetary rules if the repeal is successful and explodes the federal deficit.

Efforts to defang the House’s quasi-official ethics watchdog office scored most of the attention early this week as the GOP advanced a “rules” package to govern the body during this Congress. But Republicans tucked a provision into the plan which bars the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) from counting a dramatic spike in deficit spending spurred by an ObamaCare repeal. Language in the resolution bars the CBO from tallying the cost of any ObamaCare repeal bill that bloats deficit spending by more than $5 billion over the next decade and $20 billion over the next four decades.”

I guess candidate Trump lied about repealing the PPACA on day one and replacing it on day two.

I see someone roboted my post down on a previous post when I advocated for Agents – Americans – to be in the mix instead of foreign call centers. So, I disagree with whom ever did that as they favor foreign labor as opposed to AMERICANS at work.
