Rulebook Supplement 2005-04 containing emergency rules recently adopted by the Texas Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation is available online from the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), Division of Workers’ Compensation. The supplement can be printed from the TDI Website at www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/indexwc.html under “Rules”.
These emergency rules expire on March 2, 2006, with the option to extend once for 60 days. It is recommended that both the emergency rules and the prior versions of these rules be retained should they be required for future use.
