Workers’ compensation specialty company Zenith Insurance announced that Gerald Ladner has joined the company as regional vice president in its Zenith Austin unit.
Ladner joins Zenith from Zurich North America with extensive industry experience. He has held various positions with Zurich since 1992 including regional vice president, regional manager-Strategic Alignment; vice president, territorial executive, manager-Customer Markets; and manager-Agency Business Development.
He will report to Chris Uselton, Zenith senior vice president and Southern Regional manager, and will assume direct management responsibility for the region’s Marketing and Underwriting divisions.
Ladner is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla., and he currently serves as a Board member for the University of North Texas – Endowed Chair in Insurance, Texas Property & Casualty Guaranty Association, Texas Medical Liability Joint Underwriting Association, Rollins College Board of Trustees, and IIAD Agency Company Committee.
